Third Party software was used by the hacker and their Test and Open account were terminated.

The member noticed that some of their invasions were missing and filed a bug report, before their account was terminated.

Disney was able to see that it wasn't the member who did this. I am not sure how they determined this but their accounts were restored.

Everyone should be aware that this may happen and should never give any of their information out to anyone. The game window appears with a black screen, then after a few seconds, it comes up with the error message(post title)

When it closes and the launcher automatically re-opens, it says, "Toontown Online encountered an error." Any ideas?
