Mind Control is the epic story of an experienced toon named Domino who has almost seen it all. However, there is new trouble arising in Toontown, and its looking to be the worst event in Toontown's history. A vile character named Dr. Fulter appears to gain interest in controlling Toontown for his own purposes. However, no one has ever seen him, nor dared to find him.
He manages to capture a cog, and programs it to be able to lure a toon into his hands. Without fail, the cog returned with a toon along side it, who was immediately tied up. With this one toon he does enough experiments to be able to have mind control over the captured toon. With his plan in motion, he begins to send out the toon to capture some more. It doesn't take long before spots of Toontown begin to turn grey...

This is my very first story EVER, and I do hope with will please many people who view this story without professional expectations. This is somewhat a mix of stories that have recently emerged from all corners of the Toontown fan-sites, and those stories have given me this idea. However, all ideas within the story and beyond are all from my imagination, so if I "seem" to copy something, then all I can say is that we think alike! This story will most likely not have LONG prologues or chapters, but I am not ruling out the chance for many chapters. As I said before, this is my first story, and the thinking train I'm on isn't as advanced yet as others, as I'm starting up. You may also expect longer periods of time inbetween each chapter release, as I don't have THAT much free time.
So, with that said, I do hope you like it, and we'll see how far this story goes!

And hopefully more to come...!
Toontown. Big wide open spaces, with plenty of laughter in the air. Gag Shops are bustling with activity, and gears of extinguished cogs lie in the streets, waiting to be swept away before they rust.
Toontown has no problems from any corporate world. No pollution, global warming, market crisis, or big executive bonuses. Those are all things that destroy any world other than Toontown.
By looking at the face of this picture, you would expect nothing unusual. However, a great danger is arising, one that could turn toons against each other and Toontown into a war zone.
All this trouble is being caused by Dr. Fulter, a mysterious figure that no one knows about, nor has ever dared to find. No one can put a face to his name. He had been locked up in an insane asylum, but has found his way out. No records of this release have ever been found. His goal is short and to the point: capture Toontown for his own purposes. However, he has different reasons than the cogs, but those differences are unknown to everyone else but him. Legend says that he mysteriously managed to capture a cog and use it for his own use.
After many modifications, he programmed the cog to be able to lure and catch a toon for his experiments. This happened without fail, and the toon had to struggle through many experimens.
After many weeks, our Toontown world forcefully had to welcome its first mind-controlled toon. The adventures of Domino and his future companions are buried within the story to follow. If victory will follow our fellow toon, or if devastating destruction will be the fate of Toontown, must all be decided and told...
Dare I guess that the whole "evil doctor who wants to take over Toontown" thing came from Clockwork? XD Teehee. Well, sorta kinda, but not really, as it is somewhat different.
You accepting sign-ups or no? :3 I haven't been planning on signups yet, but if I can't think of any names, I'll come back on that.
(Also, is it just me, or is that purple toon on the cover verrrry suspiciously similar to Melody when I played TT? :P ) Yep, all of the toons on the cover were from that photoshoot for that one signature contest...
Hmm, I must ask, why go to all of the trouble of capturing and reprogramming a Cog to catch a Toon when he could do it himself? Cut out the middle man so to speak.

No one has ever seen Dr. Fulter, and he wanted to keep it that way until he ultimately HAD to show himself to everyone.

Was he in a mask that whole time he was in the asylum, because otherwise i dont see how toons haven't seen him, and if he had to go out and get the cog how did nobody notice him then?
Not to mention going out to capture someone =/= revealing yourself to everyone. Couldn't he have captured someone while it was dark?
Kidnap them from their home/bed in the middle of the night while everyone's asleep?
I'm not trying to demolish your fic here it's just that capturing a Cog for the purpose of capturing a Toon when he could easily do it himself seems a bit pointless to me.
